Birthday walls, classrooms, travel art, and more — each with a different page layout and a one-click print preset.

Celebration
Skip the print shop for party backdrops and photo walls. SmartPrint tiles your birthday artwork across Letter pages so you can assemble a big, colorful poster before guests arrive.

Home
Give a favorite family photo room to breathe. A 3×3 Letter grid creates a substantial wall piece without a visit to a large-format shop.

Classroom
Teachers often need a rules chart larger than one A4 page. Tile a clean graphic across four sheets, laminate if you like, and hang it at eye level.

Travel
Wide skylines and street photos look best as panoramic tile grids. This preset favors landscape A4 sheets so your trip photo stretches across the wall.

Celebration
Create a tall welcome poster for the ceremony entrance without ordering foam board. Tile your design, trim seamless overlaps, and display on an easel.

Plant photography and botanical illustrations look refined as tall seamless posters. Start from a 2×3 A4 grid and compare denser alternatives in the editor.

If you are still unsure, start with a small layout and scale up.
Yes. SmartPrint runs in your browser and supports large images and PDFs. You do not need desktop software to tile oversized files across multiple pages.
Smaller layouts (up to 4 tiles) are free. If your layout exceeds that, you can either pay $2.99 for a one-time export or activate an unlimited time pass.
No. Your images and PDFs are processed in your browser. SmartPrint does not upload or store your files.
If payment succeeded but the PDF did not download, the browser may have been refreshed or closed during checkout. For privacy, SmartPrint does not upload or store your PDF, so we cannot recover the exact file from our servers. Your unused one-time export should still be available if you reopen SmartPrint in the same browser. Contact support if you need help checking the payment.
DPI means dots per inch. Higher DPI means sharper prints. SmartPrint keeps output crisp for large tiled PDFs.
You can print on Letter, Legal, Tabloid (11×17), A3, A4, and A5. The tool auto-detects common source sizes like A3 and Tabloid.
Always print at actual size or 100% scale. Fit to page shrinks tiles and makes alignment harder.
Trim only in seamless mode. Window-pane mode keeps a thin border so you can align pages without cutting.
Most home inkjet or laser printers work well. Letter is the most common in the US, while A4 is common elsewhere. A3 paper lets you use fewer sheets.
Large tiled PDFs use more ink than a single page. Use standard quality and test a small print if you are unsure.
Lay the tiles out first, follow the row and column labels, and tape from the back for a clean front edge.
